Creating alignment in organisation
Everyone is on the same page
In this training course I start with principles that are important for more aligned organisation. Then I move on to the role of managers and the need to get alignment at management level on the priorities. Another part of the training covers the alignment on team level – concrete practices that teams can apply for greater alignment. No alignment is fully there without trust – I dedicate a full module on the trust topics since it’s so important but so hard to build. Finally, the training concludes with a cross-team alignment mechanisms that can be created when multiple teams are involved in working on the same objective.

- Planning of the future work (short-term planning, “pull” principle, unwritten contract between the manager and the team)

- Eradicating the culture of reporting
- Considerations for setting time limitations and deadlines
- Practices for improving the mutual trust
- Collaboration with other teams (daily sync, awareness of other team’s work products)
- The role of managers in splitting the work and resolving conflicts
