shift from doing to delivering

Delivering Value Fast

My Approach

Sometimes companies get trapped in the sense that teams constantly work on something but no tangible results or value is delivered. It is time to review if all the necessary preconditions for delivering value fast are still present in the company. Delivery mode is enabled in the teams by laser-sharp focus on clear goals and stability to focus and work uninterrupted. When a company grows, bureaucracy, legacy, routine, processes and general exhaustion may overshadow the factors that help to deliver value fast. My job is to uncover and demonstrate the practices within the company that will put the delivery mode back on track, as well as assist you to sail through this change process as smoothly as possible.

1
Clear goal

Clear goals require advanced value discovery practices, inclusive and consistent strategic planning and transparent reprioritisation practices, regular refinement of future work, splitting the work into smaller value-adding increments, and a practice for syncing and aligning around the set goals on a daily basis.

2
Stability and focus

Stability and focus are achieved with stable teams, diligent short-term planning practices, cross-functional team setup, shielding teams from external pressures, removing impediments that drag the teams back, and giving the team full responsibility and accountability for delivering customer value.
